You need a strategy to collect the people who are willing to be flexible and willing to learn, as you say, not to reconfirm what they already believe or know to be true. For one, this collection of people is now a fringe minority, roughly speaking. But they are there. They have to located much like Dr. Xavier locates mutants 🙂
